1. Hand Washing - Fill a basin or sink with cold water. Add a small amount of mild detergent (suitable for delicates or swimwear) and mix it in the water. Place your swimsuit in the water and gently agitate it for a few minutes to remove dirt and sweat.

2. Rinse Thoroughly - After washing, rinse your swimsuit with cold water to remove all detergent residue. Make sure to rinse until the water runs clear.

3. Drying - Lay your swimsuit flat on a clean, dry towel. Gently roll up the towel with the swimsuit inside to remove excess water. Avoid wringing or twisting the swimsuit, as this can damage the fabric's elasticity.

4. Avoid Hanging - Avoid hanging your swimsuit by its straps, as this can cause stretching. Instead, lay it flat to air dry on a clean towel or hang it by the waistband.

5. Sunlight Protection - To preserve colors and fabric, avoid direct sunlight during drying. Choose a shaded area or indoor location if possible.

6. Machine Washing and Drying - Never use a washing machine or dryer for your swimsuit. The agitation and heat can be harmful to the fabric and elastic fibers.

7. Avoid Rough Surfaces - Be cautious when sitting on rough surfaces, as they can snag or tear the swimsuit material.

8. Storage - Store your swimsuit flat or rolled up in a dry place. Avoid leaving it crumpled in a damp bag for extended period of time.
