Return & Exchange

At Lanaé Swimwear your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Swimsuits MUST be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Process:

1. Contact our customer service at shop@lanaeswimwear.com to initiate a return. 2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
3. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges:

Eligibility: Items must be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Swimsuits MUST be unworn/unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Process:

1. Contact our customer service at shop@lanaeswimwear.com to initiate an exchange.

2. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

3. Once approved, you will receive exchange authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Processing:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send out the replacement item within 5 business days. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative item.

Shipping Costs:

We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. Please note that we will only exchange an item one time.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Custom or personalized items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or error on our part.

• For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. Please note that we will only exchange an item one time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shop@lanaeswimwear.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly.
